Pastor Isaac Williams
Pastor Isaac Williams was born in Portchester and raised in Mamaroneck, NY. He iscurrently the head Pastor of The Word Experienced Church. He came to the Lord when he finally asked Jesus to reveal himself to him and Jesus did just that. The Lord placed a powerful vision on his heart, which is to help the body of Christ to walk in His fullness. He teaches that Jesus Christ is not one-dimensional but he wants us to be successful in every area of one’s life.
God has called him to impact the world in such a way that people see Jesus in every industry that was produced by man. He has shaped The Word Experienced into more than a church but a movement where people can discover their God-given talents and use them for the glory of God. Whether the talents are skate boarding, marketing, movie production, video game production, God can use it to bring millions of people to Jesus Christ. His desire is to take every industry that was created for Christ so people can realize that Jesus Christ can 
be found in everything.He helps people to see that you can find your purpose in the very talents that God has placed on their hearts, no matter the circumstance or the position in life theyhave every tool that is needed to succeed.
To date he has helped a lot of people to discover who they are in Jesus Christ and how they can use their talents for the Kingdom of God. As a result of this people are now able to see that Jesus is multi-dimensional and is only limited by what we think we can accomplish for Jesus Christ. Pastor Isaac Williams is married to his beautiful wife Pastor Charline Williams and expecting their first child.
Pastor Charline Williams
Pastor Charline Williams of The Word Experienced had always been involved in going to church when she was a young girl in Jamaica. She was a very conservative girl who kept herself pure, read the Bible and attended church events and services.She had never personally invited Jesus into her heart until she had seen one of her friends up at the altar. Her friend received Jesus as tears had come upon her face. Pastor Charline Williams had witnessed that feeling of peace, and had decided she wanted to experience that as well which led to her salvation.
The vision that Pastor Charline has is to live in the fullness, in which Pastor Isaac Williams always motivates everyone in The Word Experienced to walk in. She promotes that Jesus Christ is not one-dimensional but instead He multi-dimensional. The fullness is taking yourself to try new things, and learning about the talents that the Lord has given you. She keeps in thought that, “There is no limitations, but you could go beyond that limitation, and get to accomplish these great things for God’s glory.” The main vision is to accomplish great things in every single area of the world as in music, movies, games etc.
The Lord has impacted Pastor Charline’s life in a great way. In the past Pastor Charline felt some emptiness when she was in college, which led her into going into fulltime ministry. She was determined to go higher in Christ and knew that she had to make some sacrifices in life. As a result she is very satisfied and happy with the decisions she has made. Currently, Pastor Charline Williams is an ordained pastor of The Word Experienced Church. Pastor Charline Williams is married to her husband Pastor Isaac Williams and expecting their first child.
Pastor Jonathan Pallanes
Pastor Jonathan Pallanes is an ordained pastor of The Word Experienced Church.Pastor Jonathan was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. He received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior when his brother Minister Jose Pallanes introduced him to salvation. A great impetus to his salvation was when he was completely healed from asthma. Pastor Jonathan has been called to ministry at a very young age and over the years he has grown into an individual that has shown true passion for the Kingdom of God.
God has called him to participate in expanding The Word Experienced through honing his skills in preaching, video game production and movie production. He uses his talents to show people how they can live a fulfilled life in Christ Jesus. Pastor Jonathan has drawn inspiration from his brother Minister Jose Pallanes and all the ministers of The Word Experienced Church. He mentioned that the ministers have really helped his walk with Christ in so many ways, especially the man of Pastor Isaac Williams.
When he met Pastor Isaac Williams he was able to find out what God wanted him to do to impact the world. Pastor Jonathan has been diligently working hard in video game production. This production is he believes will have a great impact on the gaming world with the end result of many people comes to Christ. Currently he is working on 2D gaming and code, which he is really excited about.
Minister Chris Crone
Minister Christopher Crone is an ordained minister of The Word Experienced. He was born and raised in Virginia. He was introduced to Christ through a friend who showed a simple yet powerful way to surrender his life to Christ. When he moved to Tucson AZ, he met The Word Experienced Church and was able to fulfill the purpose that God has for him.
The purpose that God has laid on his heart is to work hard to bring back Jesus Christ, which he believes will be accomplish through what has placed inside of him. This will be done through skate boarding, rap, art and basically walking in the fullness. He advocates that when the fullness of Christ is manifested there will be no room for what is not from God.
As a result of his relationship with Christ he was able to overcome a lot of obstacles and was able to find out the authority he has in Jesus Christ. The mindsets, uncertainties and self doubt that he once had is now gone as a result of the fact that he knows what God has called him to do. With this new mindset he is now able to hone the craft of 3D graphics to make video games, movies, ads that will impact the kingdom God in a powerful and mighty way.
Minister Chris McDaniels
Minister Christopher McDaniels came to Christ when he was introduced to Him through his father. When he asked the Lord to come into his life, he became a new person. He has been busy working for Christ and fulfilling the vision that God has for him through The Word Experienced Church. He knows that the Lord wants him to do great things for him and step outside of himself even more so he can impact the world, whether it is through being an artist or a producer.
Over the years in his relationship with Jesus Christ he realized how much the Lord has impacted his life. He has learned that through determination and being focused he is able to accomplish many things for Jesus. Instead of having a one track mind, one can have a mind that will allow you to discover many things that Jesus has to offer.
The vision he has is to accomplish great things for Him by walking in the fullness of Jesus Christ. He is currently perfecting his craft in audio engineering, playing a role in TV shows and working on commercials. Despite the fact that he did not do any of these things before he came to Christ, he was able to set his mind and heart to producing for the kingdom of God. He also serves as an ordained minister of The Word Experienced Church. He is married to Minister Rialin McDaniels and currently has two children, Abel (4) and Christopher Jr. (10 months).
Minister Rialin McDaniels
Minister Rialin McDaniels is an ordained minister of The Word Experienced Church.She was born in Washington and raised in Tucson, AZ where she came to Christ. As a result of her desire to find out more about who God is and finding her purpose, she was able to accomplish what God has placed on her heart when she got connected to The Word Experienced Church.
With her faith she was also able to accomplish the vision that God has laid on her heart. With this vision she is able to discover that God wants us to accomplish many things in different areas of our lives. To walk in His Fullness and do things that our minds would not want us to do. As a result of her openness to learn and to challenge herself for God’s glory she was able and continue to master different entities such as Photoshop, Marketing, Music Editing and using her talents to impact people.
To this date Minister Rialin McDaniels have accomplished many things in her life and as a result of this she was able to find out who is in Christ and find that peace that God wants us to have. She is married to Minister Christopher McDaniels and currently has two children, Abel (4) and Christopher Jr. (10 months).
